Pug on a Pillow Ornament

Pug gifts should commemorate the breed's worldview, and the Pug on a Pillow Ornament does it with honors: a glass pug shaped over the flame, reclining on a painted cushion, metal cap and loop up top. The pug is the dog that looks like it has been considering something difficult for a very long time without arriving at a conclusion. It is wrinkled and round, it breathes audibly, and it remains completely certain it is the most important thing in any room it enters, a position its owners confirm daily. Note, please, the pillow. The pug does not sit on floors. The pug's standards are low in some ways and extremely high in others, and the pillow is where the high standards live and have always lived. This ornament records the pug's position on the matter with the seriousness the Royal Ontario Museum reserves for minor royalty, which is roughly how the pug sees it.
