Has my order shipped?

An email will be sent with tracking number when your order has been shipped

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you forgot to add something, change or want to cancel your order then simply give us a call us at 1.866.881.1055 or by emailing us at info@chive.com with your modifications. Please remember to provide us with your company's name, the best phone number in which to reach you, the order confirmation number and what changes you need.  

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make any alterations.
