Refund policy
Shipping glass and ceramic is all we do and we’re very good at it. We personally inspect each piece before we ship to guarantee quality. However, we do know that sometimes the delivery companies go all Ace Ventura on your boxes and things can break.
Once you’ve unpacked everything, shoot us over an email to lolita@chive.com with the word “DAMAGES” in the subject line and a quick photo of the issue. We’ll get you all sorted quickly! Generally, if the value of the damaged goods is under $35, we’ll send replacements out with your next order. If it’s over $35, we’ll send them out right away so that you have pretty things to sell in your shop.
We require that these claims be sent over within 7 days of receiving the goods. We do have a limited amount of time to file the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
It will also expedite the process if you include the Product Sku (generally on the product box) and for Pots w/ Saucers, if it is just the pot that was damaged, just the saucer, or both.
